I wanted to let you know that my daughter Kaitlin won 2nd place overall for the Regional Science fair with the items and awesome help from your store and staff!!!  She won first place for fourth grade last year with the items from your store so we are so happy we found you for all our project needs!  Tell your staff that without them she wouldn't have had such a great project!

I just wanted to tell you that "you're the best".  I haven't been shopping in quite a while because I was remodeling the part of our house where I scrapbooked.  That is over now and all I have left to do is prepare my scrapbooking room where I will store my supplies.  Tracy, you're a very, very dear person.  I will always be a patron of your store for two reasons:  1) you have everything a scrapbooker could want and most of all, 2) you're one of the best people I have met in my life.  You're an optimist; you're honest, moral, a Christian.  You have too many good characteristics for me to list in the short time I have to send this note.  Again, "you're the best!" Scrapbook Traditions is the most amazing scrapbook store I have ever been to.  Every time I go there I am greeted with a “Good Morning” and a smile from the staff.  If I need help finding anything, all I have to do is ask & I am given one-on-one special treatment for locating my request.  If by chance what I’m looking for isn’t there, I recently found out that it can be custom printed for me on the spot.  How’s THAT for service??  I can’t even begin to explain the amazing selection that’s there and the fact that they are on the cutting age of new products as soon as they are released.

I have been a customer of Scrapbook Traditions for 14 years. My first visit was to Tracy's "basement" and I was absolutely amazed. For those of you that never had that experience, you really missed out on something special.

From that first visit to now, I have seen the store change and grow into the beautiful location it is now. Tracy's love of scrapbooking and her ability to teach this unique hobby has grown right along with her store. She has carefully chosen employees that share these same qualities. I am always greeted as soon as I walk in the store, and the girls are always more than willing to help. Tracy and her staff care about their customers; they know a lot of them by name, they may know their children, where they work and what their likes and dislikes are when it comes to scrapbooking. I know for a fact that Tracy and Stacie know more about me than I do about myself sometimes. You can take your pictures into the store with you, and they will help you select paper, embellishments and whatever else you might need to accomplish the look you desire. They can help with invitations for birthdays, weddings, anniversaries…school projects, you name it, and I have complete confidence that they can create beautiful solutions.

They are flexible with their hours. All it takes is a phone call, and they will try to make arrangements to be open for you. They have one-on-one assistance available. They can make most any personal die cut design or die cut word. They even do the scrapbooking for you, if you prefer not to do it yourself. Even if you are not a scrapbooker, you should stop by their store to say "Hello" and see for yourself how so much merchandise can be organized in one location. I drive an hour and it is worth every minute of it, so take a day trip and visit Scrapbook Traditions.

I loved the store and I appreciate the way you welcomed me and your love of God.  I love that warm feeling.  I also thank you for being willing to add Terrie (daughter with Kidney transplant) to your prayer list.  That meant more to me than you will ever know.  I am putting the word out here about your business and advising everyone to take a road trip to shop. (Of course I am volunteering to come with everyone. LOL.) I told them we should come shop, crop and get a hotel and scrap all night.

Love Lifted Me

I am a person who loves to scrap but due to medical reasons I am very limited. I had been told by friends "you NEED to go into Scrapbook Traditions". I had never gone into the store. The day I first walked into the store, what did I see?

I saw... so many great scrapping supplies (I knew that I was so out dated due to not being able to scrap for so long). So many new products! Where would I start? Yet what did I hear... voices saying "I can show you" to anyone needing help.  As I walked around in the store I also saw people laughing, smiling, singing along with the Christian music playing, and having a good time picking out products they needed and the staff members including the owner herself giving them a hand!
As I walked out of the store that day I knew I would be back.  That has been over 2 years ago.

Due to health issues I'm not able to scrap as much as I would like but, I can go into the store with my photos and know they will help me pick out just the perfect items I need for the times I am able to scrapbook... and yes as the title of the song goes "Love Lifted Me".  At Scrapbook Traditions, you feel the love the minute you walk though their doors and they greeet you with a smile and a warm hello and you can tell they truly love what they do and their customers... I am "so lifted" at each and every visit!

Thank you so much for your kindness to my sister yesterday. She has MS, and it is hard for her to do as much as she would like. Not many store owners would have accommodated her and catered to her needs the way you did. I really, really appreciate it.
